This starter kit is small Facebook iFrame ASP.NET application adapted for usage in Facebook Page tabs. As previous 2 starter kits it also has installed all libraries, templates and configuration. Functionality of the application is to provide different behavior depending on user fan status. This made by arrow which points on Facebook Like Button if user is not fan. When user became fan, the arrow will disappear and additional content is shown on the page.
